Il caldo africano ha i giorni contati, tornano grandine e temporali. Anche oggi il quadro meteo – da Roma a Milano, da Firenze a Palermo – sarà caratterizzato da clima estivo con sole e temperature elevate. Il gran caldo africano avrà il suo picco nella giornata di domani, martedì 12 settembre, quando al Centro-Nord si potranno toccare picchi diurni di 33-34°C in pianura e fino a 36°C sulle zone interne del Centro e delle Isole Maggiori. In questo contesto il sole sarà prevalente su tutte le regioni.

Poi, però, la situazione inizierà a cambiare, come evidenzia Antonio Sanò, fondatore de iLMeteo.it: l’anticiclone africano Caronte tra qualche giorno non sarà più il protagonista del tempo sull’Italia.

La situazione inizierà a mutare da mercoledì 12 settembre in poi quando il flusso instabile Nord Atlantico comincerà a scendere di latitudine, iniziando a combattere con il possente anticiclone: in questa lotta Caronte sarà costretto a cedere terreno al suo nemico. Da mercoledì quindi i primi temporali inizieranno a interessare l’arco alpino e una nuvolosità più presente coprirà il cielo del Centro-Nord.

Giovedì sarà sempre l’arco alpino ad essere bersaglio di temporali a carattere sparso e verso sera pure la Pianura Padana con temporali ad esempio a Milano, Torino, Bergamo, Brescia. Ulteriore cedimento dell’anticiclone africano nella giornata di venerdì quando i temporali, accompagnati da grandine, non solo interesseranno sempre l’arco alpino e in forma irregolare e isolata anche la Pianura Padana, ma si spingeranno pure sulle regioni centrali, specie su rilievi e zone vicine. Sul resto d’Italia il tempo non subirà grossi cambiamenti. In base a questa previsione le temperature cominceranno gradualmente a diminuire sotto l’incalzare di aria più fresca oceanica.

Con il weekend del 16-17 settembre una perturbazione atlantica potrebbe far breccia nello scudo dell’alta pressione facendo peggiorare il tempo non solo al Nord, ma anche al Centro.
